*Unfortunately during this hard time with COVID-19, we can't guarantee when exactly your purchase will arrive. The best we can do is try and get your order in the mail as quick as possible. We apologise in advance, but unfortunately this is out of our control. Please be patient, delays are expected, especially international orders.

SHIPPING!
We have joined forces with Hero Packaging to send your products in 100% compostable mailers! The next package you get will be shipped in material that's actually GOOD for the Earth! Yeeewwwww 
 
All orders over $100 receive FREE shipping! Anything under that has a flat rate of $10.
We have an express shipping option available for a rate of $15. 
Depending on the time of purchase, your order my not be shipped until the following day due to obvious time frame restrictions and also other commitments in our every day lives. If we don't get around to shipping your order of the same day, it will be shipped out the following day. Don't stress! We'll try get it to you as quick as possible!
All Australian orders are posted using standard tracking which can take 3-10 business days for delivery.
International Shipping rates from $20.
International orders are posted with tracking and can take 5-20 business days for delivery.

RETURNS!
SHIP SETS SAIL! APPAREL MUST BE ADVISED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER IF A CLAIM IS TO BE MADE.

All returns are at the buyers expense.
If your item is returned with out notifying us prior, it will NOT be accepted! After notifying us, returns are required to be sent out within 7 days.
The item must be in the same condition as when it was sent out and you received it. If the item has any stains on it or has been worn and washed, It will not be accepted. Item must be returned with receipt or proof of purchase.
In the unlikely event that your item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we'll have to send it back to you.
All qualified returns will be sent back to the delivery address on your account.
Items that were purchased as a sale item cannot be refunded.
And finally if the item you have requested is out of stock in the size or colour you have requested for whatever reason, a refund will be issued.
